Biz Coaching Unfiltered intends to provide pro bono business coaching services (when offered) to a client for a duration of up to 12 months, subject to availability and operational constraints. It is important to acknowledge that our offering of pro bono services is discretionary and can be terminated or altered at our sole discretion, particularly concerning new client engagements.
In order to establish a productive coaching dynamic, clients must commit to open and transparent communication both with themselves and with us as their coach. A fundamental prerequisite for this engagement is an honest willingness to learn and implement the guidance provided, with a clear understanding of the accountability inherent in our collaboration. Should circumstances arise where a client’s commitment and alignment with our agreed growth objectives appear compromised, we reserve the right to conclude the coaching relationship.
Moreover, we retain the right to exercise our professional judgment in determining the suitability of potential clients for our pro bono coaching services. This is integral to ensuring a harmonious and productive partnership that aligns with the objectives of both parties. Recognising the significance of time as a valuable resource, we are dedicated to delivering meaningful coaching interactions within the parameters of availability.
It is vital to emphasise that while we share knowledge and insights during the coaching process, our methods, materials, and advisory content remain our intellectual property, excluding what is already in the public domain. This encompasses our distinct approach to synthesising and presenting information, contributing to the unique value of our coaching services.
An agreement will be put in place prior to delivering our coaching services that includes the following aspects:
- Scope of services
- Duration and schedule
- Confidentiality
- Client responsibilities
- Our role as the coach
- Clearly stating that the coaching services are provided pro bono
- Client will bear the cost of implementing strategies and the use of any software tools
